Jules Sampson

Jules served as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force for more than 29 years, holding a range of leadership roles focused on delivering human resource support both in the UK and on operational deployments worldwide. Her extensive experience providing family, welfare and educational support to personnel overseas sparked a strong commitment to helping people navigate complex and emotionally challenging personal situations.

As a qualified MHFA Mental Health First Aid practitioner and instructor, she has also designed and delivered bespoke training and practical interventions to support wellbeing in high-pressure environments.

Jules is a trained family and workplace mediator and has previously provided workplace mediation services within the Royal Air Force and the Civil Service. She joined Mediation First in 2024 , driven by her desire to help individuals find constructive, fair and sustainable pathways to resolving their issues and disputes.
