Jules Sampson

Jules served as an officer in the Royal Air Force for over 29 years. During her time in the military, she held multiple leadership roles where she was responsible for the delivery of human resource support in the UK and on operational deployments worldwide. With extensive experience of delivering family, welfare and educational support to personnel overseas she discovered a passion for helping people navigate unique and emotionally challenging personal situations. Jules is a qualified workplace mediator and provided workplace mediation services for the Royal Air Force and Civil Service. She also delivered bespoke training courses and practical interventions as a MHFA Mental Health First Aid practitioner and instructor. Jules started as a trainee family mediator with the Family Mediators Association in 2023 to channel her desire to help people in need find fair and productive pathways to resolving their issues and disputes.
