Lawrence was formerly a partner in a leading London media law firm and co founded and managed another. He has more than 30 years experience of finding solutions for clients ranging from multi national corporations to individuals and has been widely praised for his calm, efficient and very commercial approach. He trained as a civil and commercial mediator in 2008 with ADR Group and joined Mediation First to develop their Civil and Commercial Mediation Practice in 2011.

Lawrence trained as a workplace mediator with Steve Hindmarsh and was awarded the National Certificate of Mediation Skills (workplace) in 2019. He works alongside organisations HR, OH and Senior leadership teams to help resolve all sorts of conflicts, broken relationships and performance issues for both individuals and teams. Lawrence has experience of mediating for companies in many different industries as well as Charities, Public Authorities and Police forces. Lawrence is registered as a workplace mediator with the Civil Mediation Council. and was appointed a Fellow of the CMC in 2022.
